Appointments
As our service providers can be booked 4-6 weeks in advance, we recommend that you schedule your appointments before you leave the salon. This will help guarantee your preferred time and date for your appointments. We welcome walk in guests although we can not guarantee our availability. A deposit may be required.
Arrival
We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to relax and enjoy some Aveda™ comforting tea. While we aim to be flexible if your delay conflicts with another appointment, we will ask you to reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations & No Shows
We understand that sometimes your schedule may change. In consideration of other salon guests and our service providers, we ask that you provide us with
24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment to avoid being charged 50% of the service price.
Spa Packages
At the time of booking a Spa Package we will require a credit card to hold your appointment. Appointment cancellations must be 24 hour's prior to the appointment. Your credit card will not be charged unless the 24 hour cancellation policy is not honored. Service times are estimated. |

Cell Phones & Pagers
To maintain our atmosphere at Seaport and in consideration of other guests, we ask that you please turn off your cellular phones/pagers upon arrival. If it necessary for you to have it on, we do ask that it is in manner mode.
Children & Friends
For safety reasons, friends and children are not permitted in the salon/spa area unless receiving services.
Gratuities
Our staff is committed to provide exceptional service. Prices do not include gratuity. If you wish to leave one please ask for a gratuity envelope upon checkout.
