Appointments

Seaport welcomes walk in guests although we can not guarantee our availability.  Advance appointments are recommended.

Friends - Children

For complete relaxation and enjoyment for all or guests please do not bring children or friends to your appointment, they will be asked to return when your appointment is done.

Arrival

We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to relax and enjoy some comforting tea. If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled as a courtesy to our next guest.

Gratuities

Seaport Staff is committed to provide exceptional service. Prices do not include gratuity. If you wish to leave one please ask for a gratuity envelope upon checkout.

Cancellations - No Shows

Seaport has reserved your appointment especially for you, we ask you to please respect our professional staff by advising us 24 hours in advance for any cancellations, changes or rescheduling. Without adequate notice, we must charge the full value of the appointment to your credit card or gift card.
