Cancellations - No Shows
We
understand that sometimes
your
schedule may change. In
consideration of other salon guests and our service providers, we
ask that you provide us with 24 hour notice if you are unable to
keep your appointment to avoid our fee of 50% of the full service
price.

Cell Phone & Pagers
To maintain
our atmosphere at
Seaport and
in consideration of other guests, we ask that you please turn off
your cellular phones/pagers upon arrival. If it necessary for you to
have it on, we do ask that it is in manner
mode.

Children & Friends
For safety
reasons, friends and
children are
not permitted in the
salon/spa
area unless receiving
services.
Gratuities
Our staff is
committed to provide
exceptional
service. Prices do not
include
gratuity. If you wish to
leave one
please ask for a gratuity
envelope upon checkout.
